Why don't you share with us any activites or fun things that you do with your children. The holidays are upon us now and I am sure that many would appreciate information or ideas to keep the young ones occupied. Days out in Essex.

There is a great holiday discount project called H.E.L.P (holiday endeavours for lone parents) It gives you an oppurtunity to have a holiday around the country at a low cost price. Click on the link and have a look.
Three Mills Studio's are doing some fab sessions from 1 - 3 every day throughout August, pop down, there is no age range but the children must be accompanied by an adult.
This project has just started to train teen parents in Newham to develop their own on line resources and will enable the group to make contacts, provide information for teenage parents in London and even globally.
The project is training teen parents to write and publish their stories/diaries/experiences and be journalists with their own blog pages which they can update and add to when ever and where ever they want.
If you would like to join the project contact Juliette Mills, office@ech.org.uk, 020 7538 4545/3388 or Angie Jasper at Choice 136 on 0207 511 4314 or just blog us.
